Service Description

This class is for everyone, not just pre and post natal clients. We work deep core breathing while working the pelvic floor properly. We engage the entire kinetic chain of the deep core. Updated Policies Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes early to classes so we may begin on time with everyone properly set up for class. It is required to bring a yoga mat to every class. We provide the other equipment unless it is otherwise specified. Class sign up and cancellation is still 2 hours prior to the start of class. A cancellation outside of this window will incur a cancellation fee of the price of one class. Please try to avoid last minute sign ups by texting or just showing up. Classes are planned with much thought and detail to provide the most effective and safe workouts for everyone. (Of course, I understand last minute things happen and will always work with you on this when necessary.)

Cancellation Policy

Updated Class Sign Up and Cancellation Policies. Effective January 1, 2024 Class registration will be open until 1 hour prior to class start. The sign up closes 1 hour beforehand to allow proper class set up. Registration is required for all classes. This is to ensure a safe and effective workout for all participants with the proper equipment needed. Cancellations and rescheduling is allowed until 2 hours prior to class start. In the event you do not cancel your class in this timeframe or you do not show, you will be charged for the full cost of the class. With that said, I understand emergencies happen and that things come up last minute. In this case, please feel free to contact me directly at 631-766-6672.
