Virtual Classes:

For virtual classes you will receive the Zoom ID and passcode during sign up. Immediately following the recording of class you will also receive an email with the link and password for the video. These virtual recordings are active for at least 6 months! Yours to use anytime. You will need equipment at home like a yoga mat and dumbbells.
