Policy Updates and Important Information
Please read all policies below regarding sign up, cancellations and general class information.
Sign Up Policy
Advanced sign up is required to attend all classes. Within your registration for classes you will be asked to complete a covid screening and liability waivers. The cut off for sign up is one hour prior to the start of all classes. Please be sure you include an email and/or number on your account so I may be able to contact you in the event we have to cancel class. If for some reason you are unable to sign up, your plans change or you need to contact me for anything, please call or text me at 631-766-6672 anytime!! I am always happy to help in any way :)
For virtual classes you will receive an email before the start of class with the live Zoom ID and passcode. Immediately following the recording of class you will also receive an email with the link and password for the video. These virtual recordings are active for 6 months! Yours to use anytime.
You have 2 hours to cancel your outdoor Stroller Strong Mamas class. In the event you do not cancel within 2 hours, you will be charged for the full class price of $10 or have a class deducted from an active package. Please cancel on the website or by contacting me at firstname.lastname@example.org or 631-766-6672. Thank you for your understanding.
All outdoor classes are weather permitting. In the event I have to cancel a class due to inclement weather, I will contact you via email and/or text. I try to make the call to cancel at least 2 hours before class begins to give everyone as much notice as possible. Your class may be moved to another class upon your request or your account will be credited the class to be used for future classes.

Social Distancing Guidelines and Outdoor Class Info
Covid is still a risk and I ask that everyone maintain 6 feet distance at all times during class. The kids may socialize and play as always! Kids of all ages are welcome in or out of the stroller! All fitness levels are always welcome as we can modify or advance any part of the workout!
Things to bring with you to outdoor classes:
-A yoga mat for ground work
-Hand sanitizer, wipes
