Certified Group Fitness Trainer and Youth Fitness Specialist with certifications in TRX, Mat Science, Spinning, Real Ryder Cycling, Kettlebells, Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness, Mobility and Movement. Fitness professional since 2012. Owner of Stroller Strong Mamas, established in 2015.

 Rachel is the owner and founder of Stroller Strong Mamas; a parent and me fitness program. Since the birth of her son in 2015, she has been creating a community of fit moms and dads. Her goal is to set a good example of a healthy lifestyle for kids by working out with them. Living true to the Stroller Strong Mamas motto “Lead by Example” she believes in living a healthy lifestyle to show our children the importance of nutrition, fitness, physical and mental health.  For the last 6+ years, Goodale has inspired parents to achieve a more active lifestyle — for themselves, and their families.

Stroller Strong Barre and Yoga

Kelly has always had a love for fitness and is happy to be able to share it in a community. She leads an active life and loves the balance of various forms of exercise. Kelly received her RYT 200 yoga certification through Northeast Power Yoga in 2013 and also received her barre certification through BarreCoast in 2014. In 2016 she became a mother and loves showing them the value of a healthy lifestyle.
