Hi there! I’m Rachel, the founder of Stroller Strong Mamas. My program was established in 2015 when my son was born. My classes have evolved as he has grown. Since having my daughter in 2017, classes have become even more fun! I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with nutrition and maintaining a strong body. My goal is to set a good example of a healthy lifestyle for my kids by working out with them. I love to share my passion for fitness with other moms and their kids. They learn by what they see you do! Join me and the Stroller Strong Mamas for a chance to get in some real mom chit-chat while getting in your workout. I look forward to seeing you at a class soon!
Stroller Strong Barre Instructor
Kelly has always had a love for fitness and is happy to be able to share it in a community. She leads an active life and loves the balance of various forms of exercise. Kelly received her RYT 200 yoga certification through Northeast Power Yoga in 2013 and also received her barre certification through BarreCoast in 2014. In 2016 she became a mother and loves showing them the value of a healthy lifestyle.
