Stroller Strong Toddler 3-4 years old

This fitness program is geared towards toddlers, 3-4 years old. This 45 minute fitness class will promote movement while focusing on balance, gross motor skills, coordination and listening skills. Our goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle and ignite a passion for fitness. Children will have the opportunity to socialize and be surrounded by others their age. 

Stroller Strong Pre-Adolescent

10-12 years old

This fitness program is geared towards pre-adolescent, 10-12 years old. This 45 minute fitness class will promote movement while focusing on speed, agility, balance, strength and power movements to help in overall athletic abilities. We will be building a base for fitness with cardio and bodyweight exercises and add in the use of weights and fitness equipment when appropriate. These classes are designed for all levels of fitness for this age level. My goal is to ignite a passion for fitness, help fight obesity in children, promote self esteem and self efficiency. 

Stroller Strong Young Kids

5-6 years old

This fitness program is geared towards kids, 5-6 years old. This 45 minute fitness class will promote movement while focusing on balance, gross motor skills, coordination and listening skills. We will be building a base for fitness with cardio and bodyweight exercises. Classes will be fun, engaging and keep them moving! Our goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle and ignite a passion for fitness. Children will have the opportunity to socialize and be surrounded by others their age.

7-9 years old

This fitness program is geared towards kids, 7-9 years old. This 45 minute fitness class will promote movement while focusing on speed, agility, balance, strength and power movements to help in overall athletic abilities.
