Summer Solstice; Mind & Soul Healing

Service Description

We want to embrace the Summer Solstice (6/20) and bring in the energy of June's full Strawberry Moon (6/21) for this special meditative and sound healing journey. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a bolster or large pillow, blankets, eye pillow or an eye mask and a yoga mat to build your "nest" for your mediation and sound healing. Come prepared for resting and deep meditative journeys as you rest the body in a supported savasana. Leave feeling restored in the mind and soul.

Cancellation Policy

Special events have a 4 hour booking window and a 24 hour cancellation window. Special events require more planning and extra attention for our instructors. These special events will not be refunded if a session is cancelled within 24 hours of our special events.
