Service Description

Join the Stroller Strong Mamas and Little Moments Little Fam for a fun filled morning for everyone. We begin our morning with Strong Mamas Fitness. Bring your kids of all ages for a parent and me fitness class. Bring a yoga mat and your water. Continue your morning with us as we transition to Little Moments Little Fam Sensory Adventure, great for kids 1-5 years old!

Cancellation Policy

Special events have a 4 hour booking window and a 24 hour cancellation window. Special events require more planning and extra attention for our instructors. These special events will not be refunded if a session is cancelled within 24 hours of our special events.
