We’re proud to be a sponsor and support the Northwell Health Walk at East End on Sunday, May 19. We support because Northwell Health is providing world class care in our community and communities all across New York. All funds raised support Peconic Bay Medical Center’s Breast Health Program and the new Center for Women and Infants. Register online for the walk or consider donating to our team. Every little bit helps! I have the privilege of being a part of this committee to bring the community together for the event. Last year was a great success! We had a beautiful morning for the event. I was even able to lead the whole event in a warm up! I would appreciate everyone's support as we commit to this fundraiser for the second year. Cancellation Policy

Updated Class Sign Up and Cancellation Policies. Effective January 1, 2024 Class registration will be open until 1 hour prior to class start. The sign up closes 1 hour beforehand to allow proper class set up. Registration is required for all classes. This is to ensure a safe and effective workout for all participants with the proper equipment needed. Cancellations and rescheduling is allowed until 2 hours prior to class start. In the event you do not cancel your class in this timeframe or you do not show, you will be charged for the full cost of the class. With that said, I understand emergencies happen and that things come up last minute. In this case, please feel free to contact me directly at 631-766-6672.
