Service Description
Victoria is bringing her knowledge and techniques. This class will teach ways to engage the core and pelvic floor with various traditional Pilates exercises with slow and controlled precise movement and breathing. Strength Training is incorporated for a full body workout. This is a great class for anyone looking to work the core and pelvic floor. Please wear grip socks and bring a yoga mat.

Cancellation Policy
Class registration will be open until 1 hour prior to class start. The sign up closes 1 hour beforehand to allow proper class set up. Registration is required for all classes. This is to ensure a safe and effective workout for all participants with the proper equipment needed. If a client is late and misses the proper warm up, it is to the discretion of the instructor to allow them to participate or they can be asked to leave. The instructor always begins class with a stretch and activation set to prepare the body for the workout to prevent injury. This is to the best interest of the client. Cancellations and rescheduling is allowed until 2 hours prior to class start. In the event you do not cancel your class in this timeframe or you do not show, you will be charged for the full cost of the class.
