Toddler/Young Kids (3-6) Fitness & Yoga

Service Description

This class is geared towards toddlers and kids, 3-6 years old. This is a fun way to get your kids moving and start them young. We want to ignite a passion for yoga and fitness at a young age! The Stroller Strong kids will begin with a 30 minute flow with Andrea and then switch to a 30 minute kids fitness class with Rachel. Wear sneakers, comfortable clothes and sneakers and bring a yoga mat! Please note- this is at the same time as a Strengthen & Stretch class for the adults. Feel free to sign up for both and have your kids taken care of while you get your workout on too! The exact address for "my backyard location", details on where to park, etc will be emailed the morning of the class.

Cancellation Policy

Updated Class Sign Up and Cancellation Policies. Effective January 1, 2023 Class registration will be open until 2 hours prior to class start. The sign up closes 2 hours beforehand to allow proper class set up. Registration is required for all classes. This is to ensure a safe and effective workout for all participants with the proper equipment needed. Cancellations and rescheduling is allowed until 2 hours prior to class start. In the event you do not cancel your class in this timeframe or you do not show, you will be charged for the full cost of the class. (For example, a class that begins at 9:30 am must be booked or cancelled earlier than 7:30 am) With that said, I understand emergencies happen and that things come up last minute.
