A fitness class geared towards Teens 12+
Service Description
This fitness program is geared towards pre-adolescent, 12 years old. This 45 minute fitness class will promote movement while focusing on speed, agility, balance, strength and power movements to help in overall athletic abilities. We will work strength, mobility and endurance with cardio, bodyweight exercises and the use of weights and fitness equipment. These classes are designed for all levels of fitness for this age level. My goal is to ignite a passion for fitness, promote self esteem and self efficiency. Please have children wear comfortable sweats and sneakers and bring a water bottle.

By booking this class, you understand that your child(ren) is under the responsibility of Stroller Strong Mamas LLC for the duration of the drop-off time frame. You understand and acknowledge that you are fully aware of and assume the risks (including but not limited to the risk of serious bodily injury). Stroller Strong Mamas LLC will abide by standards of child care regulations.
