Service Description
Join the Stroller Strong Mamas and Little Moments Little Fam for a fun filled morning for everyone. Spring Break means the kids are off from school! Bring everyone and get into the Easter Spirit. We begin our morning with Strong Mamas Fitness. Bring your kids of all ages for a parent and me fitness class. Bring a yoga mat and your water. Continue your morning with us as we transition to a Little Moments, Little Fam Easter Adventure, great for kids of all ages!
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Special events have a 1 hour booking window and a 24 hour cancellation window. Special events require more planning and extra attention for our instructors. These special events will not be refunded if a session is cancelled within 24 hours of our special events. If a client is late and misses the proper warm up, it is to the discretion of the instructor to allow them to participate or they can be asked to leave. The instructor always begins class with a stretch and activation set to prepare the body for the workout to prevent injury. This is to the best interest of the client.
