Service Description

We start with a stroller stride and stop to use the environment around the park to work functional exercises and hit a whole body workout! Bring kiddos of any ages in the stroller. All levels of fitness welcome as there are always modifications and advancements for anything we do! Bring a yoga mat for ground work!

Cancellation Policy

Updated Cancellation Policy, Effective 3/25/21. You have 2 hours to cancel your Stroller Strong Mamas class. In the event you do not cancel within 2 hours, you will be charged for the full class price of $10. Please cancel on the website or by contacting me at strollerstrongmamas@gmail.com or 631-766-6672.
