This year our 4th Annual Mother's Day Event will be bigger and better than ever! Details: We want to celebrate you, Mamas, for all you do in motherhood and how lucky we are to have our STRONG mom tribe. This year's event will be a bit different than past years. Under Armour will not be joining us, as they made unfortunate cuts in their events department. 10 am Workout 10:45 am Mother's Day Celebration Bring a yoga mat and water and your kids as we begin our morning with a Strong Mamas Workout! Then we get to celebrate together. Little Moments Little Fam will be providing a fun kids' area! Get ready for giveaways, goodie bags, fun surprises and so much more!! Location: The whole event will be held in a disclosed location in the Riverhead area. The exact location details and address will be emailed to participants as the event gets closer. Registration: Advanced registration is required to attend. Sign up is open on the website. Please register asap! I need a head count to plan ahead and make it all run smoothly. Registration will close next Wednesday, May 7. Cost: $20 or use of a package of classes.

Cancellation Policy
Special events have a 1 hour booking window and a 24 hour cancellation window. Special events require more planning and extra attention for our instructors. These special events will not be refunded if a session is cancelled within 24 hours of our special events. If a client is late and misses the proper warm up, it is to the discretion of the instructor to allow them to participate or they can be asked to leave. The instructor always begins class with a stretch and activation set to prepare the body for the workout to prevent injury. This is to the best interest of the client.
