We want to celebrate you, Mamas, for all you do in motherhood and how lucky we are to have our fitness mom tribe. There will be amazing giveaways and more! The Stroller Strong Mamas Class will be at Stotzky Park. Advanced registration is required to attend. Sign up is now open on the website.

Cancellation Policy
Special events have a 1 hour booking window and a 24 hour cancellation window. Special events require more planning and extra attention for our instructors. These special events will not be refunded if a session is cancelled within 24 hours of our special events. If a client is late and misses the proper warm up, it is to the discretion of the instructor to allow them to participate or they can be asked to leave. The instructor always begins class with a stretch and activation set to prepare the body for the workout to prevent injury. This is to the best interest of the client.
