1 hour small group training session. Up to 4 clients.

Cancellation Policy

Updated Class Sign Up and Cancellation Policies. Effective January 1, 2024 Class registration will be open until 1 hour prior to class start. The sign up closes 1 hour beforehand to allow proper class set up. Registration is required for all classes. This is to ensure a safe and effective workout for all participants with the proper equipment needed. Cancellations and rescheduling is allowed until 2 hours prior to class start. In the event you do not cancel your class in this timeframe or you do not show, you will be charged for the full cost of the class. With that said, I understand emergencies happen and that things come up last minute. In this case, please feel free to contact me directly at 631-766-6672.
