We’re proud to be a sponsor and support the Northwell Walk for Health at East End on Sunday, May 18. We support because Northwell Health is providing world class care in our community and communities all across New York. All funds raised support Peconic Bay Medical Center’s Breast Health Program and the new Center for Women and Infants. Register online for the walk or consider donating to our team. Every little bit helps! I have the privilege of being a part of this committee to bring the community together for the event. The last two years were a great success! We had fun being together for a great cause. Join me as I need your beautiful energy for the warm up I lead each year. Cancellation Policy
Special events have a 1 hour booking window and a 24 hour cancellation window. Special events require more planning and extra attention for our instructors. These special events will not be refunded if a session is cancelled within 24 hours of our special events. If a client is late and misses the proper warm up, it is to the discretion of the instructor to allow them to participate or they can be asked to leave. The instructor always begins class with a stretch and activation set to prepare the body for the workout to prevent injury. This is to the best interest of the client.
