Service Description
As moms, we carry the emotional weight and mental burden of so much for our families. We are chaos coordinators and often reach our physical limits of what we can do. The mom burnout is such a real and common issue. That burnout can lead to depression, anxiety and physical and emotional exhaustion. In this workshop with Executive Coach and Functional Nutritionist Jill Griffin, attendees will learn to identify burnout triggers, set boundaries, preserve energy, and avoid falling into the burnout trap. You'll receive actionable insights on how to spot burnout, avoid it, build immunity, and tips for enhancing your resilience in motherhood.

Cancellation Policy
Special events have a 1 hour booking window and a 24 hour cancellation window. Special events require more planning and extra attention for our instructors. These special events will not be refunded if a session is cancelled within 24 hours of our special events. If a client is late and misses the proper warm up, it is to the discretion of the instructor to allow them to participate or they can be asked to leave. The instructor always begins class with a stretch and activation set to prepare the body for the workout to prevent injury. This is to the best interest of the client.
