Total Body Training for kids 6+.
Service Description
Fitness training for kids. We work on speed, strength, coordination, agility and mind/body connection to enhance all around fitness and sports conditioning. We will work through a dynamic warm up, cardio intervals, strength and circuit training. We will use fitness equipment and weights. Kids will work plyometric cardio, strength training, agility and speed with cross training circuits and traditional strength sets. Please have kids wear workout clothes and bring a water.

Cancellation Policy
Special events have a 1 hour booking window and a 24 hour cancellation window. Special events require more planning and extra attention for our instructors. These special events will not be refunded if a session is cancelled within 24 hours of our special events. If a client is late and misses the proper warm up, it is to the discretion of the instructor to allow them to participate or they can be asked to leave. The instructor always begins class with a stretch and activation set to prepare the body for the workout to prevent injury. This is to the best interest of the client.
