Service Description

Fitness training for kids, 6-8 years old. We work on speed, strength, coordination, agility and mind/body connection to enhance all around fitness and sports conditioning. After a dynamic warm up and cardio intervals, kids will complete a fitness circuit. We work plyometric cardio, strength training, agility and speed with this cross training circuit. Please carry in clean sneakers and a yoga mat.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Special events have a 4 hour booking window and a 24 hour cancellation window. Special events require more planning and extra attention for our instructors. These special events will not be refunded if a session is cancelled within 24 hours of our special events.
