Jolly 51 Workout
We workout in remembrance of The "Jolly 51" crew members who lost their lives in Iraq in 2018.
Service Description
Join us for a special workout specifically created for The "Jolly 51" crew members. The workout includes 200-meter sprints and 51 pull ups, box jumps, dips, sit-ups, and burpees. Please remember those who have given their all and to honor them by going outside your comfort zone and pushing yourself to greater limits. The "Jolly 51" crew members were: Capt. Mark K. Cancellation Policy
Special events have a 1 hour booking window and a 24 hour cancellation window. Special events require more planning and extra attention for our instructors. These special events will not be refunded if a session is cancelled within 24 hours of our special events. If a client is late and misses the proper warm up, it is to the discretion of the instructor to allow them to participate or they can be asked to leave. The instructor always begins class with a stretch and activation set to prepare the body for the workout to prevent injury. This is to the best interest of the client.
