FIRE & FLOW will have your heart rate up to start but ends with a total body stretching flow. Join Rachel for 35-40 minutes of FIRE H.I.I.T. Cardio. Finish class with 35-40 minutes of a stretching FLOW with Kelly. Class has now moved indoors on Thursdays starting December 1st. Bring your kids and yoga mats. Please note: if you are using an outdoor class package to pay for this class, there is now a $5 upcharge to cover indoor class expenses. This can be paid in cash, venmo or purchased online in plans and pricing.

Cancelation Policy

Updated Class Sign Up and Cancellation Policies. Effective January 1, 2023 Class registration will be open until 2 hours prior to class start. The sign up closes 2 hours beforehand to allow proper class set up. Registration is required for all classes. This is to ensure a safe and effective workout for all participants with the proper equipment needed. Cancellations and rescheduling is allowed until 2 hours prior to class start. In the event you do not cancel your class in this timeframe or you do not show, you will be charged for the full cost of the class. (For example, a class that begins at 9:30 am must be booked or cancelled earlier than 7:30 am) With that said, I understand emergencies happen and that things come up last minute.
