Join me as we workout and then clean up Stotzky Park together to show our appreciation for all it provides for us in our classes. Join me on Friday, April 22 at 10:30 am (directly after class) to spread our love and clean up the park. I will supply rubber gloves for both adults and children to use and garbage bags.

Cancelation Policy

Updated Class Sign Up and Cancellation Policies. Effective January 1, 2023 Class registration will be open until 2 hours prior to class start. The sign up closes 2 hours beforehand to allow proper class set up. Registration is required for all classes. This is to ensure a safe and effective workout for all participants with the proper equipment needed. Cancellations and rescheduling is allowed until 2 hours prior to class start. In the event you do not cancel your class in this timeframe or you do not show, you will be charged for the full cost of the class. (For example, a class that begins at 9:30 am must be booked or cancelled earlier than 7:30 am) With that said, I understand emergencies happen and that things come up last minute.
