Service Description

This class will introduce basic movements and low impact exercise to focus on form, core engagement and proper breath work. This class is designed to keep exercise simple while using body weight, light dumbbells or the weight of your baby. Come move with us! We will move in low impact cardio movements, sculpting and deep core work in this beginner basics class. Great for prenatal, newly postpartum mamas, babywearing mamas or anyone looking to get into fitness classes but they don't know where to start. Kids of all ages are welcome to join! Please carry in clean sneakers and a yoga mat.

Cancellation Policy

Updated Class Sign Up and Cancellation Policies. Effective January 1, 2024 Class registration will be open until 2 hours prior to class start. The sign up closes 2 hours beforehand to allow proper class set up. Registration is required for all classes. This is to ensure a safe and effective workout for all participants with the proper equipment needed. Cancellations and rescheduling is allowed until 2 hours prior to class start. In the event you do not cancel your class in this timeframe or you do not show, you will be charged for the full cost of the class. (For example, a class that begins at 9:30 am must be booked or cancelled earlier than 7:30 am) With that said, I understand emergencies happen and that things come up last minute.
