Here's a totally body workout using just body weight. No equipment needed so you can do this anywhere!


Stretch the whole body

Here's a workout idea to get in this weekend if you can't make it to a class! All you need is a towel :)

If you are looking for a simple total body workout that takes about thirty minutes:


Warm up for 5 minutes- jog in place, jumping jacks etc. anything that gets your heart moving

Need a workout idea today??


Move your body for 3-5 minutes with continuous dynamic warm up movements. Just hit everything from bottom to top! Start with ankle rolls, leg stretches, abdominal and oblique stretches to arms and back, shoulders and neck. Wake it all up!


Then hit this AMRAP (as many reps as possible) on repeat for 25 minutes
