Happy Thursday!!!

If you are looking for a simple total body workout that takes about thirty minutes:

Warm up for 5 minutes- jog in place, jumping jacks etc. anything that gets your heart moving

Then it's time for an EMOM.

Every minute on the minute complete these exercises. When you are done, rest until the next minute. Repeat 5 times.

Minute 1: 20 air squats

Minute 2: 15 push ups (modify if you need)

Minute 3: 25 Russian Twists (both sides = 1 rep)

Minute 4: 20 alternating forward lunges

Minute 5: 40 sec plank hold

After the 5 rounds finish with a cool down stretches- down dogs, runners lunge, side stretch etc.
