If you weren't sure how to move your body for thirty minutes today- my suggestion is to get your body outside!!!!


It may seem cold, but dress in layers, ears and hands covered; grab the kids, spouse, dogs or all of them and enjoy the fresh air.

If you prefer a solo walk, phone a friend or throw on a podcast! Lately, I have been listening to Mel Robbins, or download Atomic Habits and start there.
