For the LOVE of fitness is a challenge where you will be held accountable for 30 or more minutes of active mindful movement at least 5 times a week. You choose your rest days, you choose the work days and you choose the movement. Set yourself up for success and plan your week of movement! Take a fitness class, get a virtual video, do an at home workout, go for a walk, run, do yoga, cycle, do mindful stretching or core work. You simply mark off each day and give a quick description of what your movement of choice was or which days were rest days. There will be suggested workouts you can easily access in this challenge when and if you are at a loss for an at home workout. These will be posted in the group on the app. You can expect weekly check ins and I will be available if you need help planning your workouts. I want to hold you accountable this month! Get at least 30 minutes of mindful movement in 5 times a week and be entered to win a free month of unlimited virtual classes or a package of classes at the studio!!
