January's challenge is a focus on stretching, mobility and deep core movements. Every day is a mobility/stretching movement, followed by a deep core exercise and a strength training exercise to tie it all together. You will focus on correct breathing patterns and core engagement for your strength training. The winter season is a time to turn inward and a time to focus on slowing down. This challenge is meant to give your body the attention it needs and wants with deep core breathing, mobility, stretching and mindful movement. You will feel stronger by training a little differently.
