The Holiday Hustle Challenge is going to help you stay healthy through the holidays! These daily fitness challenges will keep you moving this month. You will complete 3 holiday-themed exercises each day with rest days/ catch up days available every week. This challenge does include the 12 Days of Christmas Countdown we do every year! Be sure to join me for the free Christmas Eve live workout to complete the countdown to Christmas together. We meet on zoom at 8:30 am on Christmas Eve!
